Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and products, then reach out to us at hello@noure.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be modified. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
