NOURÉ began with a desire to reconnect, to culture, to memory, and to the quiet rituals that shaped us.
NOURÉ is a premium food brand built on authenticity, heritage, and health. We offer naturally sweet, clean-label Deglet Nour dates that serve as both daily indulgence and cultural celebration.
Our name derives from “Nour,” the Arabic word for light, the same word that gives Deglet Nour its name, the “Date of Light.”
THE FOUNDERS
Roos & Stefani
Founded in 2025 by Roos Boudebah and Stefani Lubbers, NOURÉ was born from a personal search for snacks that nourish both body and soul.
Roos's Algerian roots through her father inspired the founders to reconnect with and celebrate Algerian culture, heritage, hospitality, and traditions through NOURÉ.

For Roos, dates have always been more than a fruit. Through her father and Algerian heritage, they became part of a deeper connection to culture, hospitality, family, and tradition.
What began as childhood memories would later become one of the foundations of NOURÉ.
